Together, we have developed the TNCRRG Crisis Preparedness and Reputation Management Program.

The central element of the TNCRRG Crisis Preparedness and Reputation Management Program brings you 24/7 access to an informed and highly experienced crisis communications response team should your organization be affected by a reputational crisis – all at no additional cost to TNCRRG shareholders.

If your organization encounters a crisis situation — any situation with the potential to erode the goodwill you have with your audiences — AKCG will work directly with you to evaluate the risk to your reputation, determine a course of action and prepare initial communications materials, such as a statement for media. The initial response to a negative situation often is the most important, as it reinforces values and commitment to preparedness.
