For the first time, National Catholic will hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting as a live streamed event on the internet. This meeting is available to Shareholders, brokers, service providers and others with advance registration only.

The meeting will start at 11:00 am Central Time on Monday September 21, 2020 and will be chaired by Fr. Jay Haskin, Chairman of National Catholic.

It is expected the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will last less than one hour.

The Annual Shareholder Meeting will contain the required governance elements for the business of National Catholic Risk Retention Group, Inc.

By now, Shareholders should have received their proxy packet containing a ballot and additional Shareholder Meeting information. We ask that you review, complete, and return the ballots that are sent to you. The proxy and voting materials will be used in connection with the Annual Shareholder Meeting.

The deadline for returning the voting materials back to National Catholic is September 4, 2020. Please call our Manager of Operational Support, Janet Wilhelms (630-598-3620), if you have any questions.

In addition, there will be short presentations by:

  • Dennis O'Hara, President & CEO, Company Update providing information and financial details for National Catholic through the first eight months of 2020.
  • Tony McLaughlin, Vice President of Claims and Shareholder Initiatives, will provide an update  on our current book of open claims.
  • Pat Neal, Director of the VIRTUS® Programs, will provide an update in this important area of the company’s work.
There will be an opportunity for all attendees to contribute to the conversations during the meeting through a Q&A session after the presentations.

We look forward to providing the Annual Shareholder Meeting in this exciting new format.

Shareholders and brokers will receive electronic invitations from National Catholic through which they will register for the meeting. All other attendees will be able to register for the meeting via a link which will be sent separately within two weeks.

In the meantime, please save the date and time above for this meeting.

Thank you.
